Hello to all members on the groups

First up sorry for the lack activity of the group about the lack of journals on the past months, also the lack of reply and promotion of our member and affiliate groups on the journal as it used to be.

So lets go to the main matter of doing this Journal

Our co-founder sadly gave up of her position by her personal matters, its sad to lose her as part of our group, so we will be looking for a replacement for her as a Co-founder.

The parameters to the ones interested in replace her seat.

A really good and unique style that can be used as example.

Be open to give critiques to the members about how to improve or be objective about the matters related to the pictures or writted works.

As well this new co-founder wont get charge of manager of the group aside he or she desire to.

Another matter that our co-founder leave was the event manager, was partially the manager of plan the events or stuff we got planned to make the group more active.

So we seek some people who act as a event manager, this manager or managers, will take the responsability to came up with the ideas for events as contest or monthly themes to make our members work on another ways to improve their works

The parameters to be a event manager.

Be up to think constantly on stuff that truly can work to improve the oc development, not only on graphic on the writed stuff.

The managers also will be the ones to get the prices for the contest or being the judges about the contest at their will, of course with the support of the founder n managers of the group.

on the other hand

the event managers wont have control of the galleries or the material of the group, so WONT have any special treatment or payment (points, subs or free request)


so if you interested sent a note to the group with at least one proposal of future events, from there the managers will choose the most interesting people for the job.
